John J. Sousa, President, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and CPA. John began his real estate career designing, building and marketing custom estate homes in the upscale community of Harbour Ridge in Stuart, Florida. After successfully completing this project, he joined the public accounting firm of Haas Diaz & Company in West Palm Beach, Florida as a CPA.
In 1994, John became a Broker Associate at Sheehan Realty Corporation of Jupiter, Florida. At Sheehan Realty Corporation, he specialized in high-end residential and commercial real estate sales and land acquisitions. To date, John has successfully closed over 200 million dollars in real estate sales.
In 2002, John founded his own real estate brokerage and investment company, John J. Sousa Select Properties, Inc. The company's primary focus is waterfront estate residences, country club communities, as well as, local commercial real estate.
As president of his own company, John affords his clients the highest level of expertise, integrity and service. John's outstanding educational and professional history combined with an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market offers his clients invaluable real estate services. Whether representing buyers or sellers, John's professionalism is an integral part of every sales transaction. John is a lifetime resident of Palm Beach County and a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Business, and Florida Atlantic University, School of Accounting. John and his wife, Erika Sousa, reside in North Palm Beach and have several children.

Michele H. Sousa, Broker Associate, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, who has specialized in residential real estate sales for over 10 years. During her career in the Northern Palm Beach Area, Michele has sold over 175 million dollars in luxury estate homes and has developed a keen knowledge of new construction and home design. Using this knowledge to her clients' advantage, Michele works effectively with homebuyers in the search of their dream home or with sellers who desire a comprehensive marketing strategy to derive the highest return on their Investment. A Florida native and graduate of Florida State University, Michele Sousa is originally from Miami. Michele's winning sales team continues at home with her husband of 11 years, Michael Sousa and 3 junior sales assistants.

Erika Sousa, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has been involved in all facets of Real Estate since 1995. Originally with Barnett Banks Newcomers division, Erika was the marketing and sales representative for Palm Beach County who focused on all the developments and real estate offices throughout the county. She gave new residents to our county information and relocation tools to help them move with ease. She currently is the office director and client relations specialist for John J. Sousa Select Properties. In addition to her involvement in real estate, Erika is also heavily involved with local charities such as Easter Seals and local children's programs, as well as, The Benjamin School. As an integral member of the John J. Sousa Select Properties sales team, she continues to provide excellent service to our clients.
